Delivering peace of mind, Fujiseiki's "High Cycle Molds." Excellent disassembly/assembly characteristics and outstanding maintenance capabilities. Expanded from 4-cavity to 8-cavity using the same size molding machine, achieving a cycle time of 5 seconds with a 280t molding machine. The conventional 220t mold for CD cases, which had a cycle time of 8 seconds, has dramatically improved productivity to 8-cavity 280t with a cycle time of 5 seconds in our specifications. Additionally, by transitioning from the conventional cold runner structure (22 seconds) to a fully hot runner system, we have achieved high-speed molding in 15 seconds. This contributes to reducing runner waste and supports high cycle production.
